The Blue Bay Inn Policies and Procedures
Policies:
The following policies are strictly enforced for the enjoyment of all.
Please contact us if you have specific questions or concerns.
- Check In is 3:00 PM. Arrivals after 10:00 PM are subject to forfeiture unless prior arrangements are made.
- Check Out is 11:00 AM.
- Complimentary Continental Breakfast served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel.
- Pets are not accommodated at the hotel.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your reservation.
- During the high season, weekend reservations require a 2 night minimum. Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekends require a 3 night minimum.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Checks accepted 10 days in advance only.
Cancellations:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your reservation. This
is non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted 14 days prior to arrival.
If a cancellation occurs the 25% deposit will be considered the
cancellation fee. The reservations do become permanent with the 14 days
prior to arrival, and payment in full may be required at that time to
reserve your room. We hope you understand due to the high volume of calls
and bookings we are not able to vary from these policies.
